Refund policy

Welcome to BRUN! We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item from BRUN.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
    - Item does not fit
    - Item is damaged (both product and packaging)
    - Item is defective
    - Parts of the product or accessories are missing

What is not eligible for Return or Exchange?

  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or tampered with
  • Items with missing or damaged tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Items that have been altered (unless due to a proven vendor defect)
  • Returns not initiated against the original order
  • Items with foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage
  • Individual items from a purchased set (must be returned as a complete set)
  • Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for return or refund

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Contact customer support through whatsapp/email to initiate a return/exchange request
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item via our reverse logistics partner
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request according to the chosen option:
    - Exchange: If a replacement is available, we will send you the new item.

Return/Exchange Charges 

A flat fee of ₹200 will be deducted for reverse pickup and return processing.

Refund 

  • Prepaid Orders → Store credit of product value only 
  • COD Orders → Store credit of product value only (shipping & COD charges not refunded)
  • Store Credit is valid for 60 days

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded
