Heads Up Before You Checkout

We take 24 hours to process your order, making sure everything is in stock and your payment's good to go. Double-check your order details before hitting that buy button – orders can't be changed or cancelled once they're placed.
We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and all orders set sail from Tirupur/ Bengaluru.
You'll get a confirmation email with all the details. Check your spam folder if you are not able to find it.
Sometimes, super popular items might sell out before we can update the website. If that happens, don't worry – you'll get a full refund.
We reserve the right to review and cancel orders for security reasons.

Your Order on the Move

Once your order is processed, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Things might get a little delayed during big releases, holidays, and sales, so be patient with us!

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. You'll be charged at checkout, and unfortunately, pre-orders can't be changed or cancelled.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within India, so you can get your BRUN fix in 3-5 business days.

Lost Packages

Once the tracking number shows delivered, the package is out of our hands. The courier company takes responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Final Sale Items

All sales are final during promotions. We can change or end these sales whenever we want, without any warning. And unfortunately, we can't adjust the price if you buy something and then it goes on sale later.
